Your favorite ABC shows receive 35 Emmy nominations

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV)- The Primetime Emmy nominations are out and ABC received 35 Emmy nominations, including a first-time nomination for critically acclaimed comedy series “black-ish” and Leading Actress Tracee Ellis Ross and a second nomination for Outstanding Limited Series for “American Crime.”

Second-time nominee Anthony Anderson made the announcement, and last year’s winners Viola Davis and Regina King were again nominated.

In major categories, the nominations for ABC were as follows::

The Primetime Emmy Awards will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel  on Sunday Sept. 18th, 2016 live from Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.  You can watch the entire show live starting at 7pm on MY ABC WOTV 4.
