GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WOTV) – Exercise can do more than help you lose weight or bulk up your biceps. AARP Research shows it’s also great for brain health.

Here are three simple rules to shape up your memory:

  • Start exercising now. Try 2 ½ hours a week doing something that feels good, like brisk walking.
  • Add strength training to your workout. It helps with focus and decision-making.
  • Dance like nobody’s watching. Really! It’s terrific exercise.
