Nobody expects you to be a superhero. Just get up and out, and do all that you can at every given opportunity. Some days you'll move mountains. Other days, you'll move molehills. Both are fine. Learn to accept both. Learn to recognize what it FEELS like to do your best, not what the result looks like. Some days, your best will be a 12-minute mile. Other days, it may be an 8-minute mile. Some days, it's a full split. Other days, it's a half split. Accept both as a normal part of life. Don't think too hard about it. Move on. Try your best again next time. . .. Thoughts by me. Clothing by @gaiam. It's another sneak peak at the @twofitmoms line of apparel, available in April 2016!
As one of the co founders of @Twofitmoms, Masumi is a busy mom and hardcore yogi. Check out her page for different poses and inspiring captions. Two Fit Moms is also a great yoga page, plus they have tons of articles with easy recipes and stress relieving yoga.
Hello there, Charging Scorpion👋🏼. It's been a while… There was a time when I could pop into this and nail it every time. Today, I probably tried it about 10 times before I could even detect an arch in my back. 😂 But here it is! It was so much fun to play around on my mat. I'm doing what I can when I can because I never know what tomorrow will bring.

A pre-sunrise workout in the books and it felt so good. I seriously considered crawling back in bed after I nursed the baby this morning but I'm so glad I got my booty moving. Listened to an amazing podcast on prayer by my friend @jeannestevens during cardio and that was such a great start to the morning! "Do you talk to God about your circumstances, or do you talk to your circumstances (fear, loneliness, doubt, etc) about your God and who He is….I know the one who binds up wounds and He holds me in His hands" I want to type her whole message out, but you should just go listen to it, you can find it on the Soul City Church podcast! Happy Tuesday, friends! Get out there and vote!!

Looks picture perfect, right? Snuggling with my girls, Deacon playing in the background….perfect afternoon. 🚨 LET'S REWIND. 15 minutes ago all 3 were crying and I'll be honest, I'm not really sure why. Elliot had to be put in her room because she legit lost her daggum mind, Deacon was crying and had liquids coming out of every hole on his face, and Quinn was crying because everyone else was crying. 😬It was so intense….add to the fact that I've been awake since 4:30. So when you feel like everyone else has it together and your life is a mess, remember this. Everyone is a mess, but most people don't post the messes on social media. You're doing a great job, mama.
Heather Quinn is another mom of 3 who keeps it real on Instagram. Her account is super fun and you can see a broad spectrum of how she stays healthy. From food, clothes, family, and essential oils, Heather Quinn is one motivating mommy!
