GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WOTV) Spring break is the perfect time to catch up on some reading and get kids started on the right foot. Our Grandma on the Go recently visited the Grand Rapids Public Library to see what kind of opportunities they have for our youngest readers.

It’s a chance to share the love of reading with your favorite kids through the programs. They have specialized programs for teens and kids. Develop your child’s literacy skills with five types of activities you can integrate into your everyday life. Find out how talking, writing, reading, playing, and singing are important for kids of all ages. GRPL has 6 different age group activities to help you get started.
