GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV)- A dynamic group of women came together for a women’s night out at Aquinas College all to help with transitioning in careers.
The event —“Transitions: Conversations for your Changing World”—was hosted by AQ Women’s Connection to speak to women at various stages of their careers. Women right out of college, in mid-stage careers and encore ventures had the opportunity to connect and learn how to transition in their work during various stages of life.
Jennifer Muñoz, Associate State Director of AARP, presented on Life Reimagined—a program to help people discover their ‘what’s next? moment. The workshop provided thought-provoking dialogue on the possibilities and opportunities for people over the age of 50. These checkups are offered throughout the state of Michigan to help people live their best lives.
