I had it in my head that a week on the program needs to be a calendar week, so I didn’t do any Couch to 5K running this week. I also still wasn’t 100 percent better, so I didn’t want to do too much too soon and possibly prolong my illness. I’m happy to say I got up early two days and at least walked on the treadmill. Baby steps, right?
So I have to get back at it next week. If I had been healthy, this would be my last week, but week six still isn’t too shabby. I hope it won’t be too hard to get back into the swing of things. I am definitely feeling that urge to exercise again, so that’s a good sign. Plus, when else am I going to get in my TV time?
