ROCKFORD, Mich. (WOTV) It will be an extra special holiday season for ten West Michigan families, thanks to the generosity of West Michigan businesses and organizations.

Families from Bethany Christian Services were selected for the Caring for Families event. They included foster families, families with single parents, refugee families, and families going through transition. Each received an evening of pizza from Craig’s Cruisers, a performance by the CARE Conservatory of Ballet, and appearances by mascots from Craig’s Cruisers, Fifth Third River Bank Run, and West Michigan Whitecaps. The families then received money donated by these organizations to shop for necessities, home items, gifts, and any other items they needed.
