Food for the soul: Kale for pasta


GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WOTV) — A big warm comforting pasta bowl on a chilly fall day doesn’t have to mean the extra calories and carbs that come with traditional pasta noodles if you use kale instead. Let’s call it a kale bowl. Maybe you need to stay away from gluten, you’re working to get fit, or you LOVE your luscious dark leafy greens (or all of the above, like me!). Well, you’re in luck.
