Then, compress and roll out the air while rolling up the bag. Next, secure with elastic bands, and freeze. You can cut off what you need, when you need it and quickly refreeze. Chives, parsley, and mint freeze best, but this also works with other greens. These leafy greens are low calorie and packed with antioxidants, vitamins and lots of flavor, so a little goes a long way!
