Run strong with plant-based protein

3 Rules to Remember: 

A good rule of thumb is to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day.

Make sure to eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism burning.

Consume 20-30 grams of protein per meal, that’s how much your body can absorb and put to use.
