GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) College students are facing more and more stress and anxiety these days, especially when it comes to finances and the job market. Ferris State University of Grand Rapids supports students by offering free counseling services on campus.

University officials recommend students reach out to family and friends before the stress or feelings of depression escalate. They also encourage talking about what students are already doing to help reduce their stress and anxiety like exercising, listening to music, or turning to spirituality or religion.
