GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) Bethany Christian Services is seeking stable families to love and nurture children in the foster care program. Right now, Bethany receives referrals of about 40 children a month in Kent County who need foster homes. They need families to respond to the call and open their doors to these children.
Foster care provides a home for a child while they wait to be reunited with their biological family or wait to be connected to an adoptive family. Many of the kids have been abused and neglected. Foster parents don’t need any special qualifications – just a willingness to help children.
