The makeover leaves you with a hearty serving and less than 350 calories.
4. Loaded Potato Soup Makeover
Warming up with a bowl of creamy potato soup sure sounds good on a chilly day and Cooking Light is offering up a great version of a “Less Loaded Potato Soup” recipe. We love that they knock 200 calories off per serving with this yummy version. A typical bowl of Loaded Potato Soup can be upwards of 500 calories, not exactly a “light lunch”.
