Michigan International Auto Show, DeVos Place, Grand Rapids

Hundreds of the latest model cars, trucks, vans, SUVs, hybrids, and sports cars as well as pre-production models and product specialists. Special features include the Million Dollar Motorway and Gilmore Car Museum display. Tickets $10 for adults, children (6-14) $4, 5 and under are free.
Storytelling Festival, Kalamazoo Valley Museum
Friday, February 6 – Saturday, February 7
Focus of this year’s festival is “Words that Heal.” Free interactive concert Friday at 6 p.m. Feel-good stories at 7 p.m. Saturday includes hands-on, picture book-based crafts and a vendor fair from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Open Cockpit Weekend, Air Zoo, Portage
Friday, February 6 – Sunday, February 8
Sit in the cockpit of the B-25 and the Ford Tri-Motor. Free with general admission.
Ethnic Heritage Festival, Grand Rapids Public Museum
Saturday, February 7, 10 a.m.
Day-long celebration of music, dance, crafts, and food representing the various ethnic groups in West Michigan. Event activities included with general admission to the museum.
The Great Skate Winterfest, Rosa Parks Circle, Grand Rapids
Saturday, February 7 at noon – Sunday, February 8 at 10 p.m.
