Holland Ice Sculpting Competition
Friday, January 9 – Saturday, January 10
Downtown Holland and the National Ice Carving Association host a collegiate competition in the downtown streets.

Kalamazoo Valley Museum
Friday, January 9 – Sunday, January 11
Indoor fun for all ages! Planetarium shows, hands-on crafts, lectures, and musical performances. Check website for current exhibits. Free general admission!

Adventures in Balance, Grand Rapids Children’s Museum
Friday, January 9 – Sunday, January 11
Put your balancing skills to the test with a journey through the “Adventure Jungle.” Included with general admission. 

Indoor Kids Bike Event, The Anchor, Holland
Saturday, January 10, 9 – 11 a.m.
Let your kids ride their bikes indoors. Bring your own bike or borrow one on location (limited quantity available). Mini tune-up lessons, helmet fittings, and more. Free!

Snowshoe Hike, Hoffmaster Park, Norton Shores
Saturday, January 10, 10:30 a.m.
Snowshoe hike begins at the visitor center on Lake Harbor Rd. Snowshoes may be reserved from Gillette Nature Association for $5 per pair. Must be reserved and paid for in advance by calling (231) 798-3573. Hike is free.
