Soothe a sore throat

I do not like to be sick and even when I start to get an inkling that I might be feeling weak or run down I make myself a cup of hot tea and take a break.  Taking a preventative stance is always a great idea so this tea is appropriate any time but especially when you feel something is not quite right.

-Use ¼ tsp each – ginger and cinnamon in your cup.

-Add 1 tsp raw organic honey.

I stir these together and make a paste and then add my hot water.

This tea is soothing and is a wonderful remedy for keeping colds at bay.  It’s also nice when you are in the thick of it and will help to shorten the duration of your illness.
