Simple way to stay hopeful during a divorce

It’s often a struggle to think of things we are grateful for, especially during a divorce. Starting a gratitude journal will do wonders for your sense of well-being. Make a daily list of the small things you are thankful for, like, a great cup of coffee, a sunny morning, or quality time with your kids. Remembering the little things will lift your spirits and help you get through a difficult time. Don’t forget, being grateful becomes a habit and makes you see everything more positively.
