The Family Outreach Center is reaching out to strengthen family lives. The organization is leading the way in promoting healthy family living by reaching out to underserved populations, and those who are low-income in West Michigan.

Family Outreach Center (FOC) is designed to provide quality outpatient mental health, substance use disorder, education, prevention and support services for children, youth and families living in the inner city of Grand Rapids, Michigan and all of Kent County. One of the most remarkable yet overlooked aspects of what FOC does is the commitment of its staff.

The agency is fortunate to have culturally diverse and responsive staff that is welcoming and enthusiastic about their work. Every day FOC’s talented, hard-working professionals gain new insight from their work, while utilizing practices that will result in the best possible behavioral health outcomes for the children, youth, adults and families served.
