Ferris State summer camps

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WOTV) If your kids love technology, Ferris State University Grand Rapids has amazing camps that are perfect for your young ones.

Visual animation and game design camp is designed to teach students what it’s like to be a game designer. The classrooms are set up just like a studio you would find in a gaming company, to give students an idea of what a real-world situation would look like.  Students also learn how applications are used in the game design industry.

Ferris State University Grand Rapids also has a DNA camp for students interested in genetics. The camp is July 7-11, the cost is $125 and open to students 14 and older.
