Supporting sisters with Gazelle Girl

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) The Gazelle Girl race is an event just for women that encourages friendship and fitness. It also gives back, partnering with four local charities to raise money through their 5K walk/run and half marathon.

One of the charity partners this year is lending a hand to local moms in need through the Sisters in Support program at D.A. Blodgett – St. Johns. The child welfare agency has been around for more than 125 years. Sisters in Support is a mentoring program for young moms in their teens and twenties.

You can help Sisters in Support or any of the other charity partners in the Gazelle Girl by signing up! Just head to the Social Sizzle section of WOTV 4 Women for all the details.
