Cinderella Project is helping girls on a budget find their dream Prom gown

All girls should get to go to Prom, whether or not girls have the means to purchase a dress. One woman is helping to make girls feel like Cinderella for Prom Nights across West Michigan. Cinderella Project of Kalamazoo is providing formal wear dresses to make prom and other occasions affordable. From free dresses to designer gowns, girls will have the opportunity to feel like a princess on Prom Day, no matter their budget. Adrienne Wissner is the founder of the Cinderella Project of Kalamazoo, and takes in previously loved prom dresses and accessories to help girls on a budget find their dream dress. Wissner is helping girls feel like a Princess on Prom Day no matter what their budget may be.

The prom dresses will be given out during an event Saturday, March 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Girls Scout Heart of Michigan Program and Training Center located, 601 W. Maple St., in Kalamazoo.
