GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) People participating in the Fifth Third River Bank Run have a chance to give back before the big race. The Fifth Third River Bank Run Participants’ Day of Service is Saturday, March 22. Several of the non-profit organizations that are charity partners for the race are offering volunteer projects throughout the day. The event is new this year, and organizers plan to make it an annual event, helping to raise awareness for its charity partners and of the many volunteer opportunities available in West Michigan.
