Triplets honored for big achievement

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) A University of Michigan study shows American kids and teens spend an average of four hours a week on homework. Is that enough? Too much?

Maranda sat down with triplet sisters from Hudsonville High School, part of the Ottawa Area Intermediate School District. Janey, Abigail, and Alexandra were recently named National Merit finalists. They say their keys to success are to set aside time for studying, get help when you have trouble understanding something, develop a love of reading early in life, and take good notes in class.
