GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) It’s never too early to expose children to reading. That’s the focus of a new program at the Grand Rapids Public Library. It has three different pre-reading groups: one for babies, one for toddlers, and one for little kids. Each program incorporates five elements of early literacy: reading, writing, singing, talking, and playing. Grandma on the Go checks it out to find out why they say you should make sure you crack open some books even for the littlest babies.
