Free ice skating at Rosa Parks Circle

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) The ice skating rink at Rosa Parks Circle has undergone a makeover in honor of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games.

Crews worked overnight to paint the WOOD TV8 logo and Olympic rings onto the ice. The five rings, each a different color, represent the five major regions of the world involved in the Olympics.

Your family can check it out throughout the winter and perhaps stay for some free skating! WOOD TV is offering free ice skating for anyone 17 and under until the end of the Olympics.
