GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) First it’s a movie, now it’s an exhibit. The Grand Rapids Public Museum is planning a fun new exhibit focusing on Legos. “Dream It, Build It” is made up of 13 structures made entirely of Legos. They were constructed by one of 12 certified Lego professionals in the world. You can see famous landmarks like the Empire State Building and the Gateway Arch of St. Louis.
When you’re done checking out the amazing structures, you can use your inspiration to build something for yourself. This hands-on exhibit will be fun for all ages, from kids to parents.
Admission to the exhibition is included with general admission to the museum. It starts on March 1, 2014, and runs through August 31, 2014.
The Grand Rapids Public Museum is partnering with Meijer on an exciting contest connected to the “Dream It, Build It” exhibition. Stay tuned for that announcement, around spring break.
