Many women who are going through difficult times with their marriage find that their self-confidence and self-esteem is at an all time low.  They feel they have failed at marriage and often believe that no one will love them again (sometimes because that is what their partner is telling them).  The future does not look bright as they struggle to find a new normal while going through divorce or separation.

Sometimes, a great quote or mantra is a helpful tool to get you going on the right path.  Here are some exceptional quotes and mantras from some very wise people that were published in the Huffington Post last year.  Check them out!  One may just be the mantra you need to pick yourself up and start seeing your future in a positive light.

“Rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life”, J.K. Rowling

“Failure is only the opportunity to begin again, this time more wisely.”  Henry Ford

“Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.” M. Monroe.

Things don’t get easier, they just get better.

“Bottom line is, even if you see ’em coming, you;re not ready for the big moments…it’s what you do afterwards that counts.  That’s when you find out who you are.”  Joss Whedon

“You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them”  Maya Angelou
