Learn delicious, heart healthy recipes

Think healthy

February is about LOVE (and chocolate of course), so our Healthy Eats Expert, Margaux Drake developed a month of classes that will make your heart sing! All of Margaux’s recipes are always plant-based, which means that they are ALWAYS heart healthy.

Heart disease is the No.1 killer of women in the United States, claiming more lives than all forms of cancer combined. Many heart disease related deaths are preventable. Why risk it when you can dine like a queen on plant-based cuisine? Living Well with Margaux Drake, a new in-store educational series at D&W Fresh Marketprovides solutions for those looking for a fresh, new approach to a healthy lifestyle.

Hosted by yours truly, Master Raw Food chef, teacher and trainer, you will learn how little changes can make a big difference in your health. You will also discover the incredible healing power of plant-based foods and how they can change your life.
