Mood Boosting Lemon Raspberry Water
-Makes 8 cups
2 Q Water, filtered
1 quart of raspberries
2 Lemons, sliced
3 sprigs of fresh mint
Add all together and let steep 4-6 hrs.
*For added flavor, muddle fruit and herbs before adding water
